REFUND POLICY

At Zander Collection, all sales are final.

All items are made to order, meaning each product is created specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason, including sizing issues, change of mind, or incorrect information entered at checkout.

We only offer replacements if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at zanderwcontent@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos showing the issue

If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect sizing (please review size charts before purchasing)
  • Orders shipped to the wrong address provided at checkout
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed, as production begins immediately.
